酒店在四時至五時有chocolate hour，住客可以隨便享用chocolate fountain，大家都好開心。
酒店早餐十分美味，還可以點選火腿奄列或蕃茄奄列。
酒店房間舒適。Spa房有一個泳池，桑拿房，蒸氣房，冷暖水浴池，可以免費享用。
酒店坐落於舊城區外面大約5-10分鐘路程，途中會經過一個商場，有食肆和超市。
職員主動招待，很有禮貌。

Everything was good.
I would like however to give constructive advise:
- we would expect water bottles as well as the coffee capsules and creamers to be refilled every day. Sadly none of our 3 rooms got refills.
- I would suggest the person in charge of room quality check to test the draining of the showers weekly. As the shower drain of 418 was partially clogged, the water would not drain properly and overflow into the bathroom. So I it myself.

Disappointing stay. Loud and uncontrollable air-conditioning and fridge in the room which affected sleep as well as uncomfortable pillows and bedding. Pre-booked breakfast not worth 18 euros.

Very clean and quiet hotel, lovely shower, bathrobes and slippers. Amazing spa and chocolate hour is a nice touch. However the check in was long as there was a queue and one person at the reception. Not so happy with the bedding, uncomfortable pillows and soft mattress. Not worth paying extra for breakfast, limited choice and extra €5 for fresh orange juice is not acceptable. At breakfast we felt rushed and pestered by the waitresses.

The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are newly designed, the space is sufficient, the overall hygiene is very good, and the staff are friendly.
Check in is slow, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the station.
